Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 5 hours before the appointment start time without penalty. If a payment was included when scheduling this appointment, it will be fully refunded upon cancellation.
For late cancellations within 5 hours of the appointment, start time, or client no-shows, the client is responsible for hundred percent of the scheduled service cost. If a card was provided on booking, this card will be charged for the service cost. If no card was provided on booking, the client will be responsible for paying the service calls prior to booking their next appointment.
To reschedule, modify, or cancel your appointment at the barbershop please do so via the Vagaro app, or through links in your email confirmation.
